How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Everythingissues Mold Help to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Everythingissues Mold Help
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

When the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, test results, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start with the provider. Raise it directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Your feedback helps us keep the network honest. Providers who often fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Everythingissues Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make choices for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@everythingissues.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

What Happens After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into it. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, that licensing agency may help too.
